- Free shipping for orders above SGD 100
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Nail Velvet and are the responsibility of the recipient.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🏠 Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an additional delivery fee will be required before the order can be re-shipped. Nail Velvet is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided.
